In which way do you mean stronger? You can allocate more memory from your RAM to the on board graphics card, but this only will help to a point. You can do this from in the BIOS.

Hope that helps?

I replaced my ram and now my monitor won't work. I took out the new ram, put the old back in and still no monitor. Everything I read mentions video card...where is that?

Being eMachines it is probably on board VGA. You can check by looking to see if the VGA lead to the monitor plugs into a VGA card or the motherboard.
Unfortunately it may be caused by static discharge when the RAM was replaced if you didn't observe anti static precautions.
Hope its a VGA board fault but if you install a VGA card and turn off the on board VGA that will work.
Hope that helps.

Yes it could be a video/motherboard problem.
1st Install a different RAM module because the RAM may be faullty and the on-board video card uses part of the RAM (shared memory).
If this works then the RAM is either faulty or incompatible.
2nd. Try installing a video card in the AGP expansion slot.

This board supports uses Intel Extreme Graphics 2 for its onboard video memory but even Intels site does not explain how much memory it has or if it shares RAM for video memory. Your manual can be found here
