Insert your Windows Operating System disc on the CD/DVD drive and boot from there. Go to Recovery Console after loading. Select the Windows system that needs to be repaired. Then Remove the disc then Restart the system. Please let me know of the outcome. Thank you and regards.

Check to see if you have inserted any DVD/CDs in the CD/DVD drive or any USB/External storage medium connected to the PC when it is booting. If yes, then try removing them and reboot
If no, then try using the Boot File Repair option on Win7/Win Vista installation DVD.
