Toaster switch does not stay down. I have to hold the switch down to get toast. The heating element works fine as does the oven. Can we fix the switch? Or, do you know someone to whom we can send it for repair? Thanks!

The glass door of an oven toaster usually are inserted in the metal slot just slightly above the hinges, so it can easily slip out and fall. try replace it with tempered glass which can be found in glass supplies

Cycling the power off and then on again will sometimes reset it...often you will have to call the customer service number to get the steps to take to unlock that...
