Question about Vacuums
Check the roller brush to see if anything is wrapped around it. If not, there may be a loose connection or wire between the canister and the power nozzle. I assume that's the accessory you're referring to. I could also be a defective switch, but loose connections and broken wires are more probable.
the hose is especially susceptible to broken wires due to the stress of constantly pulling the vacuum, and improper storage.
