Question about Westinghouse L2046NV Monitor
Are you teying to set the resolution from the Windows Control Panel? If not then try that. Right click on the desktop and select Properties->Settings. Here you will be able to set the resolution. Do not go to the max in the first go. Start by setting it to 1024 X 768 or whatever is the nearest. Then you can keep going higher till you stop seeing the alphabets. Set it to a comfortable resolution. If you are doing it this way only then go to Control Panel->System->Hardware->Device Manager->Monitor. Here delete the drivers for this monitor and then reboot. Come here again and Scan for New HW. Windows will automatically load its drivers and then set the comfortable resolution as explained above.
