Question about Curtis-Mathis Televison & Video
The image is moving because the vertical deflection module isn't synchronized with the vertical syncro burst from the tv signal. Most likely all you have to do is to adjust the vertical syncro resistor , it should be accessible and with a button at the back of the tv. If the button is not there you will have to take the back cover off and look for it - it will be a clearly labeled semi-adjustable resistor.
