Question about Nolo Dealing with Problem Employees: A L (1260150SF)
Dear Sir, I am sri Bijay Kumar Rout ,At-Word no 12,Near-Ram dayal oilmill, Post-Baripada,Disty-Mayurbhanj,ORISSA, had purchasred a TV Set(ONIDA-20CS),SL No4013372,0n dated 09.01.2005. form KONARK AGENCY,Baripada,Orissa,and after one year lots of technical problems were seen in it.Immedeatly I repaired it investing Rs500/-.Just after one month same problem seen again.Now I do not desire to repaire it due to shortage of my funds.Now I stopped watching my TV set & willing to return the set set to the concern agencywut claiming any return.I request you to be kind attaintion an my problem.
Do you have a manufacturer's warranty that is valid?
Did you get a warranty or guaranty on the repair from the manufacturer or service dealer?
If it has the SAME problem -- you should not have to pay for it again. It should be covered by the above.
That is unless you waited too long to report it.
In any event, contact both the manufacturer (re manufacturing defect) and the service dealer (the repair should be warrantied for more than one month).
