Deep Freeze

OK, I bought an open box item from Best Buy. Looks like a floor model. runs fine but it wants to display Best Buy ads when it starts. looks like the ads are connected to the windows sidebar. I can get rid of all of that but the problem is that the system is using Deep Freeze which brings it back to a certain configuration when the system starts up.
How do I uninstall DeepFreeze? It's not in "uninstall programs"

I would be restoring the system back to scratch again from the recovery discs supplied with it or if it has one the recovery partition on the HDD. If you dont have either, then post back to me here.
