Well its not an easy job but it can be done,,,,first you need to put the pully on the spring and wind the spring up tight so it will rewind the starter rope when pulled,,,then tiy the starter rope into the pully,,,easy if you have done it before?

Need a bobbin diagram for elba tx electronic so I can put it back together

It would probably be better to just purchase a brand new bobbin case. A bobbin case is a very technical piece of equipment vital to the successful operation of the machine. Even if you get it back together, it requires some very finite adjustments to make it operate properly.

Foodsaver repair

Sorry to laugh, but that is too funny!
These retractable cords are very difficult to get back in order. You would be better off just closing up the sealer and allow the cord to remain extended. You could spend hours rewinding the cord and setting the tension spring when it pops open and makes you a crazy person.

How do I reassemble Pull cord. It got stuck & when I took it apart the spring 'sprang' out!!

If the spring sprang out, you're in trouble; as these are a bear to get back in by hand. Better to have a professional do it for you. There is a device I've recently found on the market that will do it for you (haven't purchased it yet; it's $50+), but wouldn't be worth purchasing for a one-time deal. Cheaper to buy a new recoil unit. As for the rope itself, there are tons of youtube videos that show you how to rewind it; I'll link you to my favorites:

When can I find instructions on how to install new drum on cannon 1630 copier machine.

Use the gray handle on the left side and slide the table top to the left. Raise the blue cover on the right. Carefully remove the drum unit. Release the two blue clips on the drum unit and the drum should separate from the developer unit. Be careful of the movement of the drum guard. This will have to be move out of the way and put the two parts back together. Put the two blue clips back into the proper position. This keeps the two secure. Canon did have a modification to keep the two better secured by having the techs put in two screws on the front and rear of the developer unit when the two are finally put back together. Hope this helps.

Where can I purchase a new base... as the one that I dropped while moving got ran over by a truck... and I don't have enough fingers to hold all the pieces in place to glue same back together

Chances are slim to none that you will be able to get new base for your unit. Better off trying to "fab" one from quarter-inch plexi-glass sheet and attaching with screws to back of unit.

Lawn mower pull cord

This works best with two people. Remove cover and pull cord will be inside cover. If your handle on pull cord is attatched to a metal ring up on the handle, you will need 8 foot of new pull cord.
With all the old cord removed, wind cord pulley 6 revolunations, now, have someone hold the pulley, while you string the new cord thru pulley and out the cord hole on cover. Be sure to put a knot on the end going thru pulley. Draw cord all the way thru and out of the cover. Attatch the handle and let it rewind. You will have extra cord, this will be used up going from engine up the handle. I hope this helps

The pull cord on my 110 honda broke, so we

It sounds like you have it back together correctly except for one issue. You did not put enough pre-load back in to the spring.
Or in other words you didn't rewind the spring enough.

Normally you attach the cord to be rewound and turn or tighten the spring until the length of the cord is completely retracted on to the pulley. This problem usually happens because the unit is reinstalled at this point. What you need to do is turn it another 2 to 4 turns (depending on the pulley size), to place enough tension on the cord to fully retract. You may have to experiment with the number of turns to get it right because both the length of the new cord and pulley size influence this.
If this still doesn't take care of the problem please let me know and I'll try and talk you through it.

Hope this helps.

Pull string for Weed Eater Featherlite Plus came out

If you have the starter spool out (the one the rope goes in)...Here is what to do. Take the starter spool and change the rope out putting it back exactly as it was. Leave the rope hanging. Hold the spool and set it down on the rewind spring. Turn the spool on the rewind spring until you feel it is tight enough. While turning, hold the rope in the little slot in the spool so it can go around without hanging up. Once it is tight, get the rope in line with the spool opening and SLOWLY let the rope rewind. Put on the handle and put the unit back together.Good luck...Lee

Rewind don't work

as you put the side with the recoil starter back on the saw, ensure the rewind pack isn't binding. before tightening the screws, pull the rope out a few inches and let it rewind. if it won't, something is binding. keep moving the side panel till it will rewind. I have done this before myself. get it all put back together and it won't work.....

Symphonic sc1304, vcr problem

Pulley belt stretched, replace. Remove the back cover to tv, slide the chassis out, remove speaker connector, and other ones to allow the chassis to be out away from cabinet to take the metal cover off surrouding the vcr unit. Usually a couple of screws that hold the whole vcr unit in, remove these, lift the unit from the chassis carefully and check the belt as it is stretched and not making tight grip on the white pulleys that perform the mechanical functions of the VCR. When putting back together, and replaced the belt be sure to lift the vcr door inward before sliding the chassis back into cabinet so the door latch will open and close properly, otherwise you put a tape in and the door won't open back up.
