If a problem like this occur it means the mouth of the phone is faulty.
You can use a hands free to make calls until you have money to change the mouth piece.
To change the mouth piece piece open the the phone and bring out the mouth piece and the tale end of the phone were you normally put your mouth when making call. Replace The mouth piece with a new one and the problem is solved.
