You can try formating the drive first (as long as you don't have anything on it). If they doesn't work, try giving it a new drive letter. It could just be a conflict.

How to change a drive letter

Sometimes it is necessary to change the drive letter of a hard drive or other drive connected to a computer.

To do this , Select start and go to “Control Panel”
No open “Administrative Tools “ and select “Computer Management”
Then select “Storage” and finally select “Disc Management”.

This should bring up the following screen :

a47fd93.jpg

The graphs each represent a drive or partition connected to your computer. In the graph , additional information is displayed about the drive including it’s Format , Size , Label and Drive Letter.

To change a drive’s letter , right click on the graph of the drive you wish to change and select “Change drive and letter paths”.

f78f4ff.jpg

On the dialog , select “change” and this will now bring up the following screen :

057b04e.jpg

From the drop down menu , select the drive letter you wish to assign to the drive and select OK. Only letters that are available are displayed , so if you need to assign a letter that is not visible in the list , you will need to re-assign the drive with that letter to a new letter first.

You may get a error dialog warning you that some programs depend on the drive letter. If no programs are installed on the drive , this should not be a problem. If you have trouble with programs that do not work after you have set the drive letter , simply change it back to the original letter or reinstall the affected program.

Please remember to rate this tip if you found it to be helpful.

Kind Regards
StephanSA

Change legal size to letter size

scan it as a document, re-scale it in required size and save then print in required size.

these adjustments are in your word or office programs. if you need to make it to copy, insert your original in the scanner, in paper tray insert your letter paper, select copy and then re-size, this should do it "on the run".

Code 800700002how to fix this code

The issue or problem is caused by system drive letter has change or a software has changed the default security provider without knowledge of users.

To resolve the issue, change the system drive letter to revert it back to original value, or match the new drive letter to the security provider. If the default security provider has been changed, reset the default security provider in Windows XP by deleting the relevant keys in the registry.

Reset the Default Security Provider in Windows XP
Start the computer. Press the F8 key during startup to start the computer in Safe mode.
Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
Delete the following registry keys in the Windows registry:HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-20\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Providers
Quit Registry Editor.
Restart the computer.

Match the Default Security Provider to New Drive Letter
Run Registry Editor (Regedit.exe).
Navigate to the following registry key:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Cryptography\Defaults\Provider
You will see a few Provider key beneath the branch. In each Provider key, edit the Image Path value to match the new drive letter.
Exit Registry Editor.
Restart computer.

Reset the Drive Letter of the System Drive

Use Registry Editor to change the drive letter of the system drive back to its original value. Edit the following registry key to change the value of the system drive:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\MountedDevices

where \DosDevices\C: and other values presents the drive letters.

Please change the resolution, set it to 75.

also please check if the setting set to original size x 2 or anything.

It should be original size also.

How do I change the drive leter

I'm assuming what you need to do is re-assign your drive letter.

Follow the following steps meticulously. If you do not feel comfortable doing these steps , please find somebody with technical background to perform them for you.

Go to Control panel
Go to Administrative tools
Select Computer Management
Select Storage
Select Disc Management

Now you will see a list of hard drives and a bar graph below it showing all discs and partitions.

Right click on the disc what you want to rename on the bar graph.

Select "change drive letter and paths". This should not show you the current letter assigned (G or H)

Select change.

From the dropdown menu , select F and click okay. This should restore your drive to it's original drive letter.

If your drive letter is not available it means some other device is using this letter. Select the device or drive that has been assigned to that letter and change it first before trying to change your drive's letter to F.

I hope this can solve your problem.

Scan letter

Most scanners in my experience do not scan to "precisely" 8 1/2 X 11 inch letter size (assuming that was the original paper size).

A workaround is possible with some graphic programs. After importing the original incorrect scan of the document into the software a combination of resizing and/or cropping (depending on how your program works) will allow getting the exact dimensions. Then save as a new image document. Make sure to adjust for sufficient resolution (a larger document) if you plan to reprint.

Hi, This should work out:

Changing the drive letter of your network volume should resolve the issue. If you are unable to change the drive letter of the network volume because your programs depend on a specific drive letter, then you can use the following steps to change the drive letter of your iPod instead.
Change the Drive Letter
  1. Open the Control Panel.
  2. Double click on Administrative Tools. Note: If you don't see Administrative Tools, look at the left column in Control Panel for a link that says, "Switch to Classic View," and click it.
  3. Double click on Computer Management.
  4. In the left column, click on Disk Management.
  5. Locate the iPod and right click on it, then click Change Drive Letter and Paths.

    ts1493_1.jpg
  6. Click the Change button.

    ts1493_2.jpg
  7. Use the drop-down menu to select a new drive letter. Note: Make sure to choose a new drive letter that is not already assigned to a network drive. The drop-down menu will display all available letters that are not assigned to a physical drive. Drive letters that are assigned to a network volume will still be listed here. It is also a good idea to assign a drive letter other than a, b, c, or d, as these letters are usually reserved for other system drives.

    ts1493_3.jpg
  8. Click OK.
  9. Click Yes on the confirmation dialog.

    ts1493_4.jpg
  10. Close the Computer Management window.
  11. Restart your computer.

NTLDR Missing, Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

What happened is when you changed the drive letters you switched one that should not have been changed.... You need to change it back so the original C: is C:

Because the original NTLDR file was on the C: drive which is the Windows XP Boot Loader and when you swapped it it couldnt find the ntldr on the new C:

From my opinion the only way to switch it back is to reinstall the OS onto the drive you want to be C:

You might have a problem with the disk. Take the disks back to place of purchase and ask for a replacement set, or else phone Garmin and explain you think you have a bad disk.
