This is caused by a faulty part inside your tv, not a bad setting.
You need to take the cover of the tv and start testing components: first of all you need to determine is this cycle is caused by an unstable control processor or the power source itself has a faulty part - you do that by determining from where the shutdown command is coming. If it's coming from the processor then it is the faulty part.
You need good knowledge of electronics to do that, if you don't posses it then it's time for an repairman.
