Replacement pickup lens assembly

My DENON DVM 2815 wont read any type of disc. I am told that the pickup lens is faulty. The original factory replacement costs almost $200.00. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement lens or lens assembly that wont cost me an arm and a leg? Thanks
