14.2.2 To Make a Diagnosis1 Timer LED starts to blink and the unit automatically stops the operation.
2 Press the CHECK button on the remote control continuously for 5 seconds.

Note:
"O" - Frequency measured and fan speed fixed.
The memory data of error code is erased when the power supply is cut off, or press the Auto Switch until "beep" sound heard following by pressing the "CHECK" button at remote controller.
Although operation forced to stop when abnormality detected, emergency operation is possible for certain errors (refer to Error Codes Table) by using remote controller or Auto Switch at indoor unit. However, the remote controller signal receiving sound is changed from one "beep" to four "beep" sounds.

Just replaced the capacitor, and reconnected. Turned power on and heard a buzzing sound from the condensor, then the fan turned on. the unit only runs for a few minutes then shuts off


The buzz is the compressor failing to start.The blue or purple wire from the compressor goes to herm on the capacitor. If it's wired right and does not stare the compressor is bad.

I recently bought a used RV Carrier AC unit for my older camper. After installing the ac will work for about ten minutes before the breaker trips. If I reset the breaker the problem will repeat itself. ...


It sounds like the compressor is opening a thermal overload which is shutting the unit off. When the compressor cools down the switch resets and the process repeats itself. In the end it sounds like the system has a leak and is therefore low on Freon. This will cause the compressor to overheat and open the thermal overload. The freon cools the compressor windings and if it is low they will not be cooled sufficiently and hence the opening of the overload, which is a bi-metal sensitive to heat/cold.

Uotside unit blowing cool air but hot on the inside


It sounds like you have a unit called a heat pump. When a heat pump unit is in cooling mode the outside unit blows hot air and the inside unit blows cold air. If the outside unit is blowing cold then the indoor unit is most likely blowing room temperature or warm air. It sounds like the thermostat could be controlling incorrectly or you could have a failed reversing valve which is the device that switches the unit from heating to cooling mode.

YOU DIDN'T STATE WHAT MAKE YOUR UNIT IS, HOWEVER IT SOUNDS LIKE IT IS THE OVERLOAD COMPONET THAT MOUNTS ON THE COMPRERSSOR TO START IT. TRY THAT FIRST IT IS THE MOST COMMON.

It sounds as if you have a defective compressor start relay.  It is located on the side of the compressor, usually contained within a black plastic housing (box).  If ordered, it will most likely come with an overload proctector.  Change both parts.
