This is a fuser error, Follow these steps exactly. Press Additional Functions. Press #, then press the right arrow button until you see "Printer". Now press Set, then press the right arrow button until it says Printer Reset, then press Set again. The display will ask Yes or No. Press the left arrow for Yes. Then press Set. Now unplug the power cord and wait 5 seconds, and plug it back in. If this does not work the fuser is defective and will need to be replaced.
