How do i set up my sumsung c3212 to get internet services?

Hi, this is a very common problem and usually happens when you change to another network, all you need to do is call your service provider and tell them what phone you have got then ask them to send you the latest wap and mms settings they wont charge a penny for sending these to you so just give them a call.

they will send the settings to your phone via text message this will then install the latest settings onto your phone and you will then be able to use the internet and send and receive picture messages

give them a call and they will have you up and running in minutes, they dont charge for this service, you could also try their web site as you can sometimes end the settings yourself but not all service providers offer this service or the other option you have is to go to your nearest service providers shop and ask them to send you the settings, these wont charge either.
