Question about Cell Phones
Hi this is a very common problem and always happens when you change network all you need to do is call your new service provider and tell them what phone you have got, then ask them to send you the latest mms and wap settings to your phone and also ask for the bluetooth settings as well, your service provider wont charge for this and they send them via text message, once you receive them you just save the settings and your phone will then be working as normal
you could also try your service providers web site but not all service providers have the option to send the latest settings to your phone so you will need to check.
giving them a call is the easiest option as they will just send them direct to your phone they wont charge a penny for this service and it will get your phone working as it should be.
or pop into one of your service providers shops if you have one near to you and they will then do the settings for you their and then.
let me know if you need further assistance ok
plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks
