Question about Compaq Presario 700 470024-192 Notebook
I just bought a compaq presario f500 laptop, and have only downloaded a small amount of programs, but I keep getting an alert that my D: disk drive is full. I have tried deleting some unneeded programs to no avail. Help please, I am trying like my new toy.
Firts of all, your D: drive is usually your CD: Drive. typically the Hard drive is the C: drive.
Sooooooo.... Thats is kind of self explanitory. Save to your Hard Drive not your CD drive.
If your trying to Burn a CD then your trying to fit to much data on one disk. CD's hold about 700MB or 80min of music.
If it keeps filling up with random files and thing, then you may have a virus thats replicating itself, run your virus scan. back up your files to an external drive or burn to a disk if possible and re-install windows if the virus cant be removed by your Ant-virus.
