My IBM Wheelwriter 3 does not print. Changed ribbons but no result.

GuruTry typing on a milti part form or a carbon if the carbons are OK it is a ribbon problem if not you probably need a print solenoid cap. If the carbons are OK the big black plastic gear may be jammed tooth for tooth with the motot gear try wiggling it back and forth.
