Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
After looking all over the place for the solution, I found it while browsing other printers with the same problem. Of course if your light is on and you havent replaced the drum, you need a new drum. FOR THOSE WHO INSTALLED A NEW DRUM, HERE IS WHAT FIXED MINE.
1.) Remove the drum
2.) With the drum out and the door open, Hold the "GO" button down until all of the lights light up yellow in order.
3.) Replace the drum, close the door, and hit the "GO" button once.
4.) Rejoice in the fact that the light will no longer drive you crazy. My guess is that it is a reset for the levels, either way, on my Brother HL-5250DN is back at its single green "Status" light greatness.
5.) Good Luck with yours.
This is my first post. I hope it helped. This site is a great idea.
