Question about Televison & Video
You have not mentioned the Make/model of the set in question Contact the service centre of the manufacturer , use the web to check for the area service centre , contact by phone and if possible get the part replaced by the centre as many of them take the cost of replacement even if you are DIY.
Get estimate in advance and decide.

You'll find some Samsung power supply boards here : http://www.usefulparts.com/index.php?main_page=index&manufacturers_id=11&sort=20a&filter_id=98&alpha_filter_id=0
but you have to open your TV first and find out model number
