Who makes that? What is it? I found your post everywhere. I am not sure that you are asking for the correct thing (model).
Is this a laptop? ENPOWER is not a laptop company. Many people think that a name on a laptop means that the company made it. This is not true in most laptop cases (ex. HP, GATEWAY,COMPAQ). There are only a few laptop makers. Other companies just put their name on them.

Dell studio 17 1745 laptop don't turn on anymore. Just hear DVD drive make a little noise ( normal when turning on ) then light flash as seen in video then dies.

That looks like a pre-programed system alert code to me that activates when a certain problem arises. Check your user's manual for system alerts. If no joy, try contacting Dell and simply ask them what that particular alert means. If they want to charge you (typical of these manufacturers) throw yourself on their tender mercy and say that you are not asking them to repair it, you only want to know where you can find what that alert means. It's worked for me in the past. Also try the Dell website for your model, they may have it posted there.

I have an ASUS P4T-E motherboard and looking for info regarding; max. processor speed and max RAM capabilities. Can you assist????

Looks like this motherboard is capable of supporting PC800 ram and the general maximum processor speed is decided by whether the processor can fit the socket on your motherboard, as they don't make processors that are incompatible with the same socket. Thats is the whole idea of the CPU socket system.

The spec and more advanced information for you motherboard can be found here:

My MSi A6200 laptop, decided it is not going to turn on anymore, even with the power cord attached. It will turn on for a few seconds and then immediately power off. What can I do to fix this?

I know this is an old question but for those who are looking for a solution i narrowed it down to the power button board above the keyboard. it seems that if you power the computer on and then quickly remove the board from the ribbon cable the computer will stay on.

I have a Dell XPS M1710. PC will not boot, no green light only yellow. Received error code that PC did not recognize poweer source. Bought new power source. PC will not boot, no green light only yellow and...

HI there!

A amber light power button means that the
distribution of the power is not working properly,

And as you have said the battery won't charge anymore,

Usually what fixes that problem of yours is a BIOS
update but from what i see you cannot fix it with a BIOS update anymore.

And on what they said yes your gonna need to replace motherboard because it's not detecting the charger anymore if you can still access BIOS setup go to battery info you will see that the ac adapter is unknow.

So for the fix of your problem there you'll need to get a motherboard for your computer.

Hope this helps!

Laptop need driver for motherboard

Scknasccar88 has a good point, so here's a link to Packard Bell's support site:
You don't need the CD when you can download the latest drivers from the manufacturer, and since you want a MotherBoard driver (strange) you can find it's manufacturer at the support site linked above. If it's that new and Packard Bell won't provide a CD, you may also want to look for a restore partition on your harddrive (all you need may very well be there).
Good Luck.
