Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player
Try and reset the player by inserting a pointed object inside the small hole, press and hold for 5-10 seconds to let the player reset. If this doesn't work then connect the player with the computer and let it charge for a while. Now go to control panel-> administrative tools-> computer management/system management-> storage, check if you are able to see the mp3 player here. If not then reset the player while it is connected with the system. This will resolve your issue.
