Remove the panel and take the RAM outof the slot. Clean the slot and the RAM card connections . Check the CMOS batttery on the mother board. if the voltage islower than 2.5V replace .
Now start and set up the settings once again as the PC starts.
Use a good registry cleaner to check, a good antivirus to scan , delete all temp files, cookies and defragment.

Clean the ram memory slots with air from a can of compressed air for computers. Clean the gold plated contact pins on the bottom of the ram memory module/s, with a pencil eraser. Even if they don't seem to be clean after you've used the pencil eraser, believe me, they are clean. use air to remove the eraser dust. Reinstall the ram memory module/s. (Remember, computer unplugged from power, observe Anti-Static Precautions, BEFORE you reach inside your computer) Computer still unplugged from power, press the Power On button in, and hold it in. Hold it in for a count of FIVE seconds. Let go of the Power On button. Do this procedure Two more times. Now plug into power, WAIT 1 minute, turn the computer on. (The procedure above is to clear CMOS Error Codes, and resets BIOS back to the factory default settings) Just adding to the solution above.
