Question about Nokia N96 Smartphone
First check the specific number that shows incoming call with numbers instead of names and make sure the same contact is not saved twice on your phone, i.e, if you have the same contact saved on your sim card and another on the phone memory then you'll see the incoming call from that number with only number without the name, so delete one of them. If you find any duplicate/doubled contacts, delete one of them and try again (or let him/her call again). After it's verified, check all the contacts by selecting the memory view from the contact settings, when you set both the phone and sim card to display, you'll see two contacts for the number which you've saved two times.
Also clear/delete all the call logs and restart your phone. Scan the memory card if possible.
If the problem persists, don't forget to let me know, I'll assist you further.
Thanks for using FixYa.
