Question about HP Computers & Internet
For that you need to enter in windows with safe mode built in administrator account.
When you power up the computer press F8 key 5 to 6 times then you can see safe mode and other menu enter in safe mode.With default administrator account.
Then go to start menu in the white line of search type "regedit" without "" then press enter .
Then locate the below key
In the left pane, look for the S-1-5..... folder (SID key) with the long number that has .bak at the end of the numbers.
NOTE: A) In the right pane, look at the ProfileImagePath to verify that this is the user account profile that has the error. B) You may have another S-1-5..... folder (SID key) above it with the exact same number without the .bak at the end of it. In the left pane, right click on the first (top) S-1-5..... folder (SID key) that does not have .bak at the end of the numbers and click Rename. Then close regedit and restart computer then check.
