find out what motherboard is installed and google the motherboard add specifacations to the search and you should be able to find out the max memory allowed

there are specs inside the case, on the bottom, for my systemax venture. there is also a serial number on the back of the tower, on the outside; however, i believe that the systemax desktops were actually assembled by tiger direct.com.

Normally on a sticker on the back or underneath.

The serial number you sent looks like a the product key for Windows!

You can always use a program like driver genius or Boot from a Knoppix cd and run ls pci from the command window. If the card is not integrated in the motherboard pop it out and get the numbers off the card itself.
Worst case scenario is put a 10 dollar pci ethernet card in it :)

U MAY HAVE TO LOOK ON THE SOUND CARD DIRECTLY TO SEE WHO ACTUALLY MANUFACTURE THE BOARD, THE NAME MAY NOT GIVE U THAT INFOMATION OVER THE NE DT.ONCE U FIND OUT WHO MADE IT U CAN SEARCH THAT COMPANY AND FIND THE DRIVER
