Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Try connecting the mp3 player with the computer and let it charge for 2-4 hours. Now, check if you are able to switch it on. Try and reset the player by inserting a pointed object inside the small hole, press and hold for 5-10 seconds to let the player reset. If still you are unable to switch it on then reset the player while it is connected with the system. This will resolve your issue.
