My mp4 model is JXD698. i can't power on. - Audio Players & Recorders

MP4 is a codec that is not compatible with this DVD player. Your DVD player will play store bought DVDs just fine. Please read the specifications in the owners manual to see what codecs are compatible with your player.

Same games will work as the one you can download for the european model. where the ipod came from will not matter.

According to the website, they appear to support MP4. : ) The ViBE models are the MP4/MP3 models and the RaGa are the more restricted models.

Hey richy I think I have the same gadget. I press and hold the power button for more than 5 seconds until the "light of your life" is displayed

for some time now i have beaning using my mp4 player and is good but recently the thing just went off when i put it on again it stated to show load and that is that without going to the main page what do i do,and is a sony mp4

Mine did the same thing. What I did, and it worked well for me, was I went down the menu until the Settings, then clicked that and went down until the Power Off section. I clicked that and went to Sleep Time, and held the right button down until it was set to 240 (I think that's what the highest # is). That keeps it playing for 240 minutes, after which it automatically shuts down to save power. You have to reset this every time you turn the mp4 player back on.

Try refrigeratigerating or putting in freezer (cooling 4 degrees centigrade), do not allow excess precipitation to wet the mp4. (under cooler temperatures the media player seems to start up and and appears to function normally). at his point if restarting continues plug into USB port keep MP4 rested on icepack wrapped with a thin cloth to absorb precipitation. USB functionallity at least will be restored.

The INova mp4 must be On to charge. This model will not charge when the On/Off switch is in the Off position. Hope this helps
