Question about Sony NWZ-B103FBLK MP3 Player
There is no icon for the FM radio option in the home menu, but the manual says it is there (it is not). I bought this Walkman in Mexico, but it came with a Spanish/English manual -- the English version being exactly the same as the US one. Also, the sony website stock images (USA and Mexico) show the same 3 icons as the home menu screen on my WALKMAN (no fm radio icon anywhere), but I can't find any options or clues anywhere else to start setting up the fm radio options. Why would they have eliminated this option (if they did?) Any suggestions for resolving this?
Every where you site this model on the web, it has an inbuilt FM tuner... you not even having that option is really weird. I take it you have been through the manual to see what is what? :)
There is a firmware upgrade for it here you could do that first and see how you go.
If that does not fix it, I suggest you take it to a Sony service center. I am sure they willl exchange it for you.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
