Sir why a power supply become fuses and blast when computer vga and power cable is put in the cpu?

You have a serious electrical short in your computer which causes the fuse to blow.
Depending upon how old your computer is, it may not be worth repairing and in this case I suggest you put your money towards a new computer or laptop.

I shut down my Dell Dimension E510 last night and today when I pressed the on button, the computer wont turn on - not even an orange light on the power button. I tried disconnecting all connected...

Try this procedure! click here. After checking your power supply and it is working fine, put it back again into your computer casing. Next thing to do is to check your motherboard switch (power on). Look for the manual of your motherboard and look for the power on switch. If you find it then get a screw driver and short the pin using the screw driver. Be careful not to touch the other pin! But you have to check all the computer components to determine what is exactly the cause why it's not functioning. If it's not turning on your computer while you short the power switch on that means probably your motherboard fail. Other option is, in order to troubleshoot the problem of your computer you must have an extra computer with the same model and plug all your components there one by one to determine what is exactly the problem of your computer. Then you can decide what computer parts need to be replace. Have a nice day!

Monitor won't power up the indicator just blinks on and off different monitor on the same computer works fine

Hello Sir, hi, your monitor is on standby mode, which means the power supply cannot power up the main circuit board, this is mainly cause by a shorted component that need to be analyzed and replaced, This symptom can also be cause by a defective switching regulator section of the power supply. We usually replace the entire power supply board. if no replacement board is available then we repair the board as our last stance. If cost of repair exceeds a new one, we dump the monitor and buy a new one instead.

I'm trying to trouble shoot a PC power supply. I want to know which pins to jumper (short) on the EPS12V cable connector (4 pin, 2 yellow, 2 black) to turn the power supply on (on the bench).

hello sir, hi, ITS NOT THE 4PIN You will jumper short to test the power supply, bu the green one to be shorted to the black one. They are located on the 20/24pin power connector.

I left it on last night. This morning it was off

check your power cord to insure that you are getting power. make sure power cord is plug in the back.
look in back of computer. you will see a little orange switch. it says 115/220 click to 220. boot computer.
if computer boots up turn off and click back over to 115.
if it does not boot your power supply in your computer needs replacement.

Desktop with not turn on, green blinking light on back

Could have blown out your Power Supply to your PC. But I would at least try to unplug your PC and hit the power button to drain of any standing power, and then plug it back in and see if it will turn on. If not you probably at the very least blew out your power supply.
