Check your vents are clear and the outside vent may have a cover on it to stop small animals from getting in it.
Take this off, if its even half clogged up it will stop the dryer from heating or it will heat unevenly.
And check the vent line is not kinked or twisted or squashed.
other wise it may be a bad heat element in an electric dryer.
Or a bad burner in a gas dryer.
Let me know what you find out!

I repaired my broken fan belt with a drop of super glue - there is virtually no load on the belt and it now works perfectly again. A 30 sec quick fix.

1)check for something stuck between drum and dryer housing 2)check for stuck vent flapper at exhaust opening outside 3) check dryer lint screen

Its probably NOT the sensor causing the problem. Have you checked the fan belt, that its not broken, come off the pulley or stretched? Put your hand over the airvent outlet at the back after it has been running a few minutes, if there is a lot of hot air coming out, then belt is ok. If not, replace the fanbelt with a new one, and problem will be solved. The sensor pops out because of overheating - usually because either the fan belt is broken or stretched, or the lint filter is blocked. Hope this helps!
