Question about RIM BlackBerry Bold 9700 Smartphone
Well if it respond to no button then you can try a hard reset,
You have to do is press the all buttons -
ALT + SHIFT + DEL and the phone will reboot and it set to factory settings.
(note. the data from your phone is delete due to a hard reset)

there are different ways in which you can using in solving this problem try these.
1. Turn off all of the wireless connections (manage connections - turn all connections off)
2. Go to the Options icon on the device
3. Select Advanced Options
4. Select SIM Card
5. Hit the Menu key to select Show Keyboard
6. Enter mep (you will not be able to see the typed info)(enter just the mep, no spaces, etc.)
7. Enter the letters: mep2
8. Now it will say enter network mep code
9. Enter the code given you, usually about 16 digits
10. Your Storm is now unlocked.
You can get unlock code at cheapest rate by Blackberry unlock code provider.

HI. This code is very serious. The culprit will be a third party application that you have downloaded. it has rendered your OS inoperable and may have damaged the entire program. The only recourse will be to totally wipe the system and start over form scratch. This will remove the virus.
