If you getting bad sound driver, its problem related to your sound driver. Check device manager that your system sound driver installed or not. If driver not installed, install it form your motherboard CD or download it form motherboard model official web site like Intel, gigabyte etc.

If driver installed already then uninstall them and reinstall again your sound driver will properly.

The webcam driver might not be loaded or installed properly. If you have the OEM disk or the cd that comes with your notebook, you need to install that. If you don't have that, you can download the webcam driver for your Acer Aspire 5100 on this link.

Once you're on the site, just enter the code and click download. then click the link on the next page. Just donwload and install the driver and your web cam should work. ;)

If the product is new you can go where you bought it and reclaim there was no cd. They should change it to you with a brand new one with the cd.
If you don't want or you cannot go to the shop where you bought it you can download the drivers from producers website (www.canon.com form support page) and install them in your system.
If you want them for the future you can burn the drivers on a cd.

along wid the hp, there will b a list of such site n driver download links if u search by the model name on a search engine like google..
download them onto a location; if the driver is in a zip format, unzip it,if itz in .exe form, just run it; connect ur printer to the pc; power on; it'll ask for the correct driver and location; relocate the path and a .inf file (wat it'll ask for)....goto the device manager n verify, if installed properly, put a test page print.....
but always better to consult ur system admin..!!
