I will try to explain this best I can without actually having it in front of me. First off, start on one side or the other, doesnt matter which, take the top of your foot and pull up on the metal supports on the bottom of the back side of teh seat. You want to pull up in the center, under where the plastic "step" looking piece is. repeat this on the other side. Then you will push down on the littel lever that sticks out of the right side of the buggy. This releases the lock. Usually, you will then have to pull up again with your foot in the same place as before and push the handles of the stroller forward. The buggy should collapse. You may try some 3-in-1 oil, silicone spray or Pledge furniture pilish on the lever and "joints" to make it fold a little more smoothly.

Ok, I will try to do this step by step.
1. Place flat screw driver under hub cap and pry off (these we will reuse later).
2. Using diagonal pliers, cut star locks from axle, you should have received new one from Maclaren when you got the wheels, if not you will need to get those.
3.Repeat this process for each wheel.
4. Take off the old wheels and put the new ones on. Put on the new star locks (I use a small hammer), put the hub caps back on and viola, new Mac wheels.

Just below where the handle bar part meets the rest of the frame, on the left and right side you will find black plastic bits that point down, which you can slide your finger behind. The right hand one has a silver button which you need to push in. Then pull both of the plastic levers towards yourself and push down at the same time. The Mac 3 will then fold down.
