Question about Canon imageRUNNER 400S Copier
Well most likely its a low voltage problem, check power outlet (110/220) or you need to replace the low voltage power supply board. Before replacing the power supply board you must check that the voltage is +24V by using a volt meter.
If it's too old then also check scanner lamp may be have blackened ends.
