I need to buy replacement parts for my Bravetti (by 4 users)

I was given a Bravetti Platinum Pro blender/food processor as a wedding gift and this past weekend, the blender cup fell apart. The little plastic part on the bottom of it that hooks onto the base and makes the blades spin broke right off. I want to replace the cup, but don't know where to look or who would even carry replacement parts for it. Also, while I'm at it, can you tell me where I can get a new instruction booklet. During my numerous moves, I seem to have lost it.
