Your unit may still be under warranty- the following blog has the warranty lengths (in years):
http://applianceguru.com/forum1/16671.html
Here is a general ice-making troubleshooting guide that may help you:
http://www.fixya.com/support/r3876071-ice_maker_problems_ice_maker
Here's what a tech on applianceguru.com says about the vacuum condenser problem:

The vaccuum condensor light just means one or more compressor in the unit has excessive run time, you need to have this unit checked, your compressor(s) are running too long for some reason so might be a sealed systen problem developing.

Water leaking from a/c on right inside of car.

You will need to place your vehicle in a safe position and from below the car/truck and the area near the front right wheel there should be a condensate drain. Most drains are like a black rubber tube that points down directly under the evaporator and through the firewall. Try to locate the tube and and try to vacuum it out with a wet and dry vacuum cleaner. Many times the tube will get leaves or sludge inside and clog up. It's simple to do but hard to find. Send me the make and model of your vehicle and I will send you a picture of the condensate drain. I have no been getting email notifications from Fixya for a few days and not sure why. Think they are having a problem with their server. My email is appliancepartsse@yahoo.com
Let me know if this helps and please rate me, Thanks, Sea Breeze

Condenser was vacuumed but cannot turn off notification

The light usually indicates a bigger problem. Turn off power at the breaker for 20 minutes to make sure the board clears. If the temperature doesn't return to normal in a day you will need service.

601R sub zero vacuum condenser notice

Your problem might be serious enough to warrant a repairman's visit. But this was my experience: An official Sub Zero repair company in NYC told me this: If the "vacumm condenser" light keeps flashing after you've opened and cleaned the condenser grill, then either pull out the plug for the Sub Zero refrigerator or turn off the circuit breaker (or fuse) in your house that leads to it, wait for some minutes and then turn back on. It is NOT enough to turn off the unit using its own internal on-off switch - it has to be totally disconnected from the AC. I did so, waited 15 minutes, turned back on, and it worked!! I had vacuumed the condenser grill twice but the "vacuum condenser" light kept flashing AND the refrig would go bonkers if set below 38. Now the flashing warning is off and it's down to 35. Great !!!

Condensation

When pouring a chilled beverage into a glass, water droplets may form on the surface of the glass. This happens because the air around the glass is rapidly cooled down, and moisture in the air adheres to the surface of the glass. This phenomenon is called condensation. This kind of condensation may also occur with camcorders. If you continue to use the camcorder with condensation on it, it could damage the camcorder. Condensation may form on the camcorder in the following cases: (1) When being moved from a cold place to a warm place (2) When being used in a rapidly-heated cold room (3) When being used in a humid room (4) When being moved from an air-conditioned room to a warm, humid place When condensation occurs: The camcorder stops operating automatically after its power lamp flashes. The warning message "CONDENSATION HAS BEEN DETECTED" appears and the condensation-warning icon below starts flashing. Condensation-warning icon If a cassette is loaded, the warning message "CONDENSATION HAS BEEN DETECTED" and "REMOVE THE CASSETTE" appear and the cassette-warning icon starts flashing. Cassette-warning icon If a cassette is loaded in the camcorder, remove the cassette immediately and leave the cassette compartment open. If condensation is detected, the POWER switch and cassette-removing switch will be activated. Leaving the cassette in the camcorder may damage the tape. A cassette should not be loaded into the camcorder when condensation is detected. How to avoid condensation Unload the cassette and place the camcorder in an airtight plastic bag when moving to locations where temperatures vary. Allow time for the camcorder to adjust to temperature changes slowly before removing it from the bag. Resuming use Allow at least one hour before resuming use; more time may be required for heavier condensation. When condensation has been eliminated, turn the camcorder on. After the condensation-warning icon stops flashing, wait one hour before resuming use.
