i can receive faxes but can;t fax and i the maybe the memory is full

It is more likely that there is a setting or error... are you receiving any error msges or alerts when you try to fax out?

Just in case here are the steps to turn off fax memory
  1. Follow these directions to turn off the fax memory.
  2. Press Menu/Set.
  3. Press the up or down navigation key until Fax appears and press Menu/Set.
  4. Press the up or down navigation key until Remote Fax Opt appears and press Menu/Set.
  5. Press the up or down navigation key until Fwd/Page/Store or Forward/Store appears and press Menu/Set.
  6. Use the up or down navigation key to select Fax Storage (or Off if you wish to disable Fax Storage). Press Menu/Set to confirm your choice.
  7. Press Stop/Exit to exit the menu.
