you might have to uninstall your keyboard restart your computer then reinstall it make sure the lead connection is secure and dust free (if applicable) make sure the usb device is inserted correctly into the usb port (if applicable) click start control panel administration tools computer management device manager scroll to keyboards you might see a yellow exclamation or question mark or red x you will need to update driver right click to update driver if your computer came with a motherboard disk the drivers could be on it or you might download one http://download.cnet.com/standard-101-102-key/3000-2110_4-149902.html
Just select the right hardware, and check it, If your hardware that you choose have a valid digital signature, or may be you did not follow the instruction correctly, Just click install, next, i accept, ok.
try and download the driver for mouse and keyboard from maunfacturer site and installed it on your laptop i guess the driver are not properly installed on your laptop
1. Right click my computer then properties then hard ware. then device
manager. See keyboard is listed against + sign, if yes expand it and
see "Standard101/102-key or standard Microsoft manual PS/2 keyboard. If
Yes the right click on it and update driver. If problem is not solved
click on properties ans see device status " device is working properly.
Further try to uninstall and remove USB or PS/2 cable and reinstall .
Reboot the system.
Your computer would fail to hibernate if
1)if your ram size is insufficient to hibernate or etc..,
You may get this error possibly due to a incompatible driver or some kind of driver conflict. Try to download drivers from Adobe website. Or use the Update feature directly from Adobe Type manger By selecting Help-->Update.
