Question about RIM BlackBerry Pearl 8100
Well if you are tied to a particular network all you have to do is call up the customer help line of the service provider and ask them for the unlocking code, which will be provided to you for a nominal amount of money.
You can also get the unlock code through online..........i will suggest the website http://www.blackberryunlockingcodes.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

You need to call which ever provider is listed on your phone, which in your case is T-mobile. Tell them you need to have your phone unlocked. They will do it for free, no questions asked. I just did this about a week ago. You're all set after that. As for other providers, I'm not sure if they do it or not. I actually had an AT&T phone and called T-Mobile and they unlocked it for me.

download the DLL drivers and dsktp-mngr should start working again and you can update your software, although for the camera, i think that might be a hardware issue compared to a software issue.
