Fuse

Nope. If it got a power surge there is no telling what has happened to the many solid state components inside. I would check the transformer first, that is, IF you can get inside that thing.
Search you tube for disassembly instructions, there are a few.
Once you get inside check the power transformer. It should have continuity across the two input wires, and across the two output wires. If not, replace the transformer using the part number on the label.

New Keurig B60 stopped working!

I had the same issue. I now believe that there was some "vapor lock" type issue. Mine would say the same thing, and i could hear the pump running, but the water level was not changing in the reservoir. I unplugged it, removed the reservoir, let it cool, then tipped it on its back for a few minutes, then on each side. Truthfully I was trying to see if there was some kink in the tubing. Couldn't find a problem, so set it back up and it runs great again.

B100 shorting out

looking for fuses will not solve the problem
triggering the reset button is an indication of over load current and that is a short
take it to an appliance repair shop for repair or junk it
