Instructions I can't find my manual, where can I get another one? My camcorder does really well outside, but in the house it's just too dark even with all the lights on. Thank you for your help.

The flash instructions begin on page 25 of the manual. Bear in mind that the flash is for still photos, not for videos.

It's definitely an internal problem in your camera and it sounds like you don't have any warranty after 5 years. I don't have a step-by-step help guide for you since I don't know about this camcorder but in my opinion, if the camcorder is really that good, it's worth the repairs. Though HD camcorders are getting cheaper these days...

Change the ISO to perhaps 100 ( slower rating to absorb more light) read, and check in the menu for the setting for the type of lights fluro halogen etc you may have. Some cameras have INside and OUtside settings to select for what you require.

Can a battery pack charger for a # VW-VBG70A work on VW-VBG260

Yes. all three batteries can be charged by the vsk0697 adapter. However, the vbg260 is three time as deep as vbg070 and vbg6 is even deeper, So the batteries may not fit on the camcorder or may protrude outside. These will fit nicely for camcorders like HDC-sd9 (mine). Panasonic recommends a wait-belt-carrier bag for these batteries with adapter plate plus cable to use with the camcoders to avoid the original design weight balance of holding the camcorders.
