Question about Logitech Cordless Mouse
Check the following. -connect to the rear USB ports -be sure they are new batteries. (obvious but sometimes forgotten) and more importantly their orientation. -press connect on the base. then press connect on the bottom of mouse. - try not to use shiny desk surfaces. Believe it or not sometimes this is a cause, try it on a piece of paper if there is any doubt. -check the computer Bios to make sure USB is in fact enabled. -after you connect the device, wait up to a minute for the computer to detect and install it before its usable. eg.. input device detected...... installing device...... i welcome your feedback or comments. cheers
