Question about HP LaserJet 1010 Printer
Typically, what causes wrinkled paper is the fuser assembly in the top rear of the printer. This is not a user replaceable part. I would first check to see if there is anything obstucting the paper path like a torn peice of paper or paperclip etc. You can take it to a printer repair shop to get the fuser replaced for around 100-150 dollars.
