Question about Computers & Internet
Hi, this is a very common problem and i answer loads of these every day, the problem is to do with the data ribbon that connects the screen to the circuit board what happens is that over time the little one strand copper wires in the ribbon become brittle then break and this is what causes the white you see as the screen is not getting all the data.
the good news is that this is very common so the part itself is cheap to buy and cheap to have fitted if you take your phone into any small phone shop they should be able to fit the new part as you wait, due to this being a common fault the costs are low on the repair but if you take it into a big branded shop they will send your phone off and could take weeks, so taking it into a small phone shop should get it fixed the same day or next day at the latest.
im sorry their is no easy fix but without having this ribbon replaced their is no way of solving your problem.
let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
plz could you rate this solution as i have loads of unrated post on my page, thanks
