Lift the lid up a few inches and close it down a few times,if you don't hear it clicking you have a broken lid switch, also try to stick a pen or something in the hole on the top and see if it spins, let me know what you find

try advanceing the timer by hand and see if it will drain,if not you could have something stuck in the pump, let me know what happens

one more thing you could have broke the motor coupling from overloading the washer, does the motor run or make a noise but nothing happens, you need to take off the pump, then remove the two screws and pop off the motor clips and pull the motor off,on the back you'll see the motor coupling,if that's broke nothing will work, are you sure it was agitiating or did you just hear the motor running?

not sure if you know how to get into the washer, remove the two phillips screws that hold down the top console, flip the console up,it's on hindges.now with a screw driver pop the two metal clips and between them disconnect the white plastic harness, that is the lid switch connection.now open the lidgrab the frame, pull it back and up and the whole frame will come away from the washer, you'll see the pump down the bottom, with a screw driver pop off the two metal clips and pull the pump forwards, now take out the two screws and pop the two metal motor clips and slide the motor forwards,on the back you'll see the motor coupling, that's most likely your problem

the part number is 285753A for the coupling, one part has to be tapped onto the back of the motor and the other part gets tapped onto the tranny, put the rubber piece on the tranny part of the coupling and spin it so there is two opening holes on the bottom and one hole out of the three holes on top,now position the motor part of the coupling so there are two of the three arms on the bottom and one on top so when you line them up they will slide into the other piece, also check the four corners of the motor,if any of the four rubbers are off find them on the frame and slide them back on the motor pins before you try to line the motor up,it's to hard to do if you don't do this, let me know how you make out,it sounds like it's hard but it's only a 20 minute job

Either your timing motor has broken or the gears that it drives are stripped. The timing motor is easy to replace but if the gears are stripped you will need a whole new dial assembly.

Kenmore 90 series that wont agitate or spin

Could be the door switch, do you hear a clicking sound when you close the lid?

Does the motor hum at all in drain/spin?
