Question about Televison & Video
You need to test it using a DVD player or Blueray player.
If you still get the problem, call that tv service company back and tell them the problem is with the TV.
Get them to test it while you're watching so you can point out the fault to them.
If it works great with a DVD player, then the fault is likely with your Sky box. Here you would really need a second portable TV to test your sky box with. This would confirm the fault is not in the TV.
