Remove the card then see if it starts up. If so, then it is a problem with the card. If not, check and see if the memory sticks are still firmly in place. remove those and then reinstall. as far as bios all you do there is enable or disable wireless but should not have anything to do with computer booting up. Give it a try and good luck!

Hello Mr. Binspector
Thanks for your reply.
I've tried all these steps but of no use. If I remove / unplug the new card and plug in the original (Old) wireless card into the system, it is able to boot up, but still most of the time wireless doesn't works but fewer times yes. Now, if I try to plug in the new Wireless Card with the PC powered on, and install the drivers for it, the PC would accept the card and wireless would also start working till the time the PC is On. But as soon as it is shutdown or restarted, its the same problem, It wont start and would blink lights for 3-4 secs and becomes dormant.
Is there ant thing else that you may wan't to suggest me to try??
Thanks.
