My biostar g31dm7 restart automatically

Three things to try.
1. Try changing the RAM. Try it with just one stick. then try it with just the other stick.
2. In the BIOS settings try loading default settings. Try the least agressive settings.
3. If you have PCI cards try it without them.

How do you unlockthe steering wheel after you'd tryed what the manual say's and it doesn't work cause the tires are straight not left or right

try another key, also try to wiggle key in ignition and turn ,the ignition or the key may be worn, you tryed to wiggle the steering wheel while turning the key, try it even if wheel is not turned, if you tryed it then try to wiggle key in ignition switch while trying to turn key or try spare key. hope this helps.

My heat and AC fan wont come on and all the fuses are fine

What I would do is pull the fan blower motor speed switch, plug the wires back into it while you're holding it in your hand, run the car, and check with a multitester and see if you are getting voltage at the switch. Should be something like:
High=12-14 volts
MHi=8-10 volts
MLo=4-6 volts
Low=2-4 volts
OFF=no voltage

If you get voltage but the fan still doesn't work, then it's either a bad ground, or the motor is bad. If you can access the blower motor wire connections(sometimes its easier to try this with it removed from the vehicle), then you could try jumping the blower motor at the wiring connection with a known good 12 volt source, and if you STILL can't get the motor to spin then it's seized up or it's just a bad motor. If you have the motor removed, try spinning the squirrel cage by hand. Is it stiff? Seized? Probably need a new one if it doesn't spin freely by hand.

Hope this helps!

I have a Safety 1st baby carseat, it's a 22-391-MLO. I need to know how to put the straps back in!

each end of the long strap should be threaded up through the slots on either side of the baby's bottom, and then through the diagonal slots even with baby's shoulders. There is a clasp on the back of the car seat that you can thread each end through and adjust to the proper length.

I also receive a code F2 but

I have a Duet Sport in my garage, just waiting for one of the kids to need it, and have been all through it! You should be able to get at most of what you need at the pump by removing the bottom front (kick panel). It will be on the bottom, right hand side. The suction chamber to the pump is a cylinder with a screw-in lid on the front. Most of the pump issues are resolved by starting there. Open it up and check for debris there as it will only take you a few extra minutes, and go further if the spirit moves you.
Hope this was helpful,
