Question about InFocus ScreenPlay 4805 Multimedia Projector
The issue is not with the lamp, it is with the dust accumilating on the inside of the projector's lense elements. I know this because I opened up my Sony VPL-ES2 and took out one lense element at a time and cleaned off the accumalated dust off of all of them. There appears to be an accumalation of dust in the inside of the front lense also. Ehich has to be cleaned out... disassembly of the top of the front lense reveals the 3 elements that get dust on them also. HOPE THIS HELP ANYONE WITH THE SHADOW APPEARING ON ANY OF THE CORNERS OF THE PICTURE.

This is the light tunnel needing to be adjusted or replaced because is has collasped due to the heat given off by the lamp during the life of the projector.
